FAIRLYZ (pronounced FAIR-LISS) is an NIAID-funded comprehensive biomedical data registry that offers tools for study management, data curation, and quality control (QC). Researchers can easily organize and validate their data using its intuitive user interface. For the FAIRLYZ QC step, you will need an IT person to install and test the tool following steps 7 and 8. Once that is done, you, as a researcher, can use the tool as described in step 8.
The recommended navigation flow is as follows:

  1. Log in with Google and create a FAIRLYZ Profile
  2. Browse or Search Studies in the Homepage
  3. Review your Researcher’s Dashboard
  4. Register a Study
  5. Review the Data Cards
  6. Register Data and Profile Datasets
  7. Install the FAIRLYZ QC tool
  8. Run QC on the data.
