The FAIRlyz QC application runs in the user compute environment to protect the privacy of the data. The data is not uploaded to FAIRlyz .com. Only metadata, summary statistics, and a QC score are synced with FAIRlyz .

Installation
- Prerequisite: Docker needs to be installed (latest version). You need to have experience with docker installations and the command line or you need to ask an IT person for help.
- Prerequisites: The command must run in the same folder where all the files are present. Only those files can be used for QC.
- Run the command shown in the FAIRlyz Data Profiling Page in FAIRlyz.com. The command is not shared here as you need to be signed into FAIRlyz to run the tool.
- After installation, in FAIRlyz.com, from the “Data Registration” page, click “FAIRLYZ QC” to switch to the FAIRlyz QC application.
