FAIRlyz (pronounced FAIR-LISS) is an NIAID-funded comprehensive biomedical data registry that offers tools for study management, data curation, and quality control (QC). Researchers can easily organize and validate their data using its intuitive user interface. For the FAIRlyz QC step, you will need an IT person to install the tool. Once that is done, you, as a researcher, can use the tool as described in the “Run QC” step. For more information, consult the FAQ page.

The recommended navigation flow is as follows:

  1. Getting started with FAIRlyz: Choosing Your Data
  2. Log in with Google and Create a FAIRlyz Profile
  3. Browse or Search Studies in the Homepage
  4. Review your Researcher’s Dashboard
  5. Register a Study
  6. View details of a study in the Study Overview Page
  7. Review the data cards in the Data Overview Page
  8. Register Data and Profile Datasets
  9. Install the FAIRlyz QC tool
  10. Visit and QC the data.
