The FAIRLYZ QC application runs in the user compute environment to protect the privacy of the data. The data is not uploaded to FAIRLYZ.com. Only metadata, summary statistics, and a QC score are synced with FAIRLYZ.

Installation
- Prerequisite: Docker needs to be installed (latest version). You need to have experience with docker installations and the command line or you need to ask an IT person for help.
- Prerequisites: The command must run in the same folder where all the files are present. Only those files can be used for QC.
- Run the command shown in the FAIRLYZ Data Profiling Page. The command is not shared here as you need to be signed into FAIRLZY to run the tool, but you can ask for it at fairlyz@lifetimeomics.com.
