Information about a study can be accessed from the Homepage or from the researcher’s Dashboard by clicking on a study card. The Study Overview page will show details about the study, or example, what kind of data types were used, the combined data QC score, collaborators and followers. To support the FAIR findability and interoperability principles, each of the terms is linked to an ontology and to a particular terminology that defines it. The user can see the definition of the terms by clicking on the terms with a color background as shown below. From this page, the researcher who owns the data for this study can register data by clicking the “Register Data” button, which will open the Data Cards page. If the study does not belong to the current user, the user can open the Data Cards page in read-only mode by clicking on the round data QC check button.
